Radhika Katel
Radhika Katel was born in Nepal it the refugee camp and lived there until October 2011, when she and her parents resettled in South Dakota. She was able to complete up to grade 10 in the refugee camps for her education. She recently married and moved to Minnesota to be with her husband and his family.
She continues to follow her dreams of education; she has two more years until she graduates from high school. From graduation, she hopes to go to college so she can become a social worker to help others. She is happy to be in Minnesota where she has freedom, choice, and education opportunities. |
